We did a Q & A whilst pre-flighting, and reviewed 'Lake' normal handling procedures before setting off. Marc's grip was light, reflecting his helicopter experience. Adrian's was tight and his concentration intense.When safely back on the ground, both shared grins anticipating our next get together at the controls of the 'Lake'.
Little did I know that this was the beginning of a new friendship and the stepping stone for their voyage around the United States.
